SMILE can paint 15 to 20 full faces per hour. Face paintings can be tailored to make the most of your time. Special requests with jewels and glitter may take a few minutes longer. Customizing to match your theme is available for an extra $50 & up Mileage surcharges do apply if outside the Mahoning Valley
